Proud recipient of an ACM and a Gracie Award for Personality of the Year, I can also be found fighting for women in media like a superhero in a power suit. As a self-appointed board member for the St. Jude Gala, I thrive on giving back—because what’s a little morning radio without some charitable chaos? When not stirring up trouble on air, you’ll find me exploring the majestic Colorado mountains or dealing with three kids who think “adventure” means “mom, we need snacks now!”

Hold onto your coffee cups! I’m Fizz, a lifelong Colorado resident who’s lucky enough to park my boots behind the mic every morning, right there alongside Tracy. I mean, how could you not want to “Wake the Fun Up” while navigating the morning traffic? When I’m not broadcasting our quirky antics, I’m wrangling my two kids or getting slobbered on by my St. Bernard, Dixie. Dogs? They’re my weakness. Just call me the “Belly Rub Bandit.” From concerts to “hey, look over there” moments, country music is the rhythm of my life. If you see me at Red Rocks, don’t be shy—come say hi and join in the mayhem!
